Dashboard

The Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your productivity, helping you understand where your time goes through visualizations and statistics. It's your central hub for tracking patterns, identifying trends, and staying motivated with streak tracking.

Focus streak

The Focus Streak is an activity grid showing your tracking history for the past 365 days. Each square represents a day, with color intensity indicating how much time you tracked:

  • Lighter squares mean less time tracked on that day
  • Darker purple squares mean more time tracked on that day
  • Click on a day to see the total time and pomodoros tracked for that date

Statistics

Below the grid, you'll find insights about your most active periods and streak statistics.

The statistics provide these insights:

  • Most active month: The month where you tracked the most time
  • Most active date: Your most productive day in the past 365 days
  • Most active day of week: Which weekday you're typically most productive
  • Longest streak: Your record for consecutive days with tracked time
  • Current streak: Your current consecutive day streak
The Focus Streak always shows data for the past 365 days and is not affected by filters. This gives you a complete picture of your tracking history regardless of the date or tag filters you've applied.

Filters

Filters let you narrow down the data shown in the Summary Bar, Activity Chart, and Time by Tag sections. They're located between the Focus Streak and Summary Bar.

Tags filter

Filter your productivity data by specific tags:

  • Click the "Tags" button to open the tag filter modal
  • A count badge shows how many tags are currently selected
  • Select one or more tags to view time for specific projects or categories
  • Clear the filter to show all entries again

Date filter

Filter by date range to focus on specific time periods:

  • Click the date button to open the date filter modal
  • Use quick set options for common date ranges
  • Clear the filter to show all entries
Filters only affect the Summary Bar, Activity Chart, and Time by Tag sections. The Focus Streak always displays data for the past 365 days and is not affected by filters.

Summary bar

The Summary Bar displays four key metrics for your filtered period, giving you a quick snapshot of your productivity:

  • Total time: The sum of all minutes tracked within the filtered period
  • Total pomodoros: The number of completed pomodoro sessions within the filtered period
  • Avg daily time: Total time divided by the number of days with tracked time
  • Avg daily pomodoros: Total pomodoros divided by the number of days with tracked time

Activity chart

The Activity Chart is a bar chart showing your daily tracked time over the filtered period, helping you visualize patterns in your productivity.

Reading the chart

  • Y-axis (vertical): Time in hours/minutes
  • X-axis (horizontal): Dates
  • Bars: Height represents minutes tracked per day

Viewing daily entries

  • Click on any bar to view the time entries for that day
  • Click the same bar again to deselect it and hide the entries
  • Changing date filters clears the selection

Use this chart to identify productivity patterns, such as which days of the week you're most focused or how your output varies over time.

Time by tag

The Time by Tag section shows a donut chart visualizing how your tracked time is distributed across different tags. This helps you understand which projects or categories consume most of your time.

Chart components

  • Center: Displays the total time for the filtered period
  • Segments: Proportional representation of time per tag
  • Legend: List of all tags with their percentage of total time

Interactive features

  • Click on a segment in the donut to highlight that tag
  • Click again to deselect
  • Tags use their assigned colors for easy identification
The Time by Tag section only appears when you have tagged time entries. If you see "No tagged time in this period," start adding tags to your tasks to unlock this insight. Consistent tagging helps you understand where your time really goes and makes reporting easier.
